Weʼre looking for a Senior Product Manager who will steer a team in crafting and scaling groundbreaking tools for Partners, Apple staff and Customers to use in order to elevate the in-store experience. You will own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for this global initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage new AI capabilities and technology to drive innovation and deliver measurable business outcomes at a global scale.

Description

As a Senior Product Manager you will lead scalable programs, projects, and initiatives to enable seamless operations and transform Apple's Worldwide Channel Strategy & Operations business. You will partner closely with a variety of cross-functional teams to define scope, identify key deliverables, drive implementation, oversee readiness and change management, measure success through data, and lead optimization and enhancement efforts. With your attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and passion for creating solutions, you will improve the effectiveness of internal programs, resulting in world-class experiences for employees, partners, and customers.

Responsibilities:

Define & Champion Product Vision: Develop and continuously evolve a compelling product vision, multi-year strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered selling solutions, strategically balancing innovative AI capabilities with user needs and regional requirements.

Drive Strategic Prioritization: Own critical prioritization decisions across diverse global audiences (Retail staff, Apple badged sellers, end customers, internal sales teams), ensuring alignment with Apple's strategic business objectives and maximizing impact.

Drive tool convergence: Lead the strategic unification and evolution of existing tools and programs into a single unified platform. This includes identifying and aligning on an ambitious vision and translating that into UX, Operational, Technical and Business Requirements.

Leverage AI to underpin every deliverable to drive efficiencies and move faster, including integrating cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities (e.g., personalization, recommendation engines, generative content, agentic workflows) to create highly engaging, adaptive, and effective in-store experiences.

Oversee Execution Excellence: Lead disciplined product discovery, definition, and delivery processes within an agile framework, ensuring high-quality requirements and seamless collaboration with engineering and cross functional teams.

Lead through influence by fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity. Your cross-functional partners include Engineering, Marcom Interactive, Program Management, Content teams, and a global network of regional leads.

Preferred Qualifications

15+ years of product management experience shipping software across global audiences.

Broad expertise in strategy development, process design, and implementation is highly preferred.

Experience solving complex technical challenges with large-scale platforms.

Experience delivering AI/ML-powered features (e.g., personalization, recommendation engines, generative AI ) within a product context.

Master's degree is Business or technical field is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

Proven track record of successfully defining, launching, and scaling complex products, ideally in retail channel environments.

12+ years of product management experience shipping software across global audiences.

Deep domain expertise in retail, consumer purchasing experience, sales enablement, or selling tools.

Proven ability to lead cross functional teams in ambiguous, fast-moving and complex environments.

Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous challenges into clear product strategies and executable roadmaps.

Proven ability to lead, and motivate diverse, high-performing product and program teams in a matrixed, global environment.

Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with executive-level stakeholders and external partners.

Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
