As a Senior PR Manager on the AI PR team, you will play a defining role in shaping the global narrative for the incredible capabilities powered by AI to the world. You will drive the strategy and storytelling for Apple's approach to generative AI, working at the intersection of hardware, software, and services. ","responsibilities":"Drive strategic planning and execution of external communications for Apple Intelligence, Siri, and generative AI capabilities across launches, feature announcements, and ongoing PR programs.

Craft product narratives that distill complex technologies to educate users around the world on how our AI features enable them to do remarkable things while protecting their privacy.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Government Affairs, Engineering, Legal, and others to develop messaging and effectively manage proactive and reactive news cycles.

Cultivate strong relationships with media and creators across technology, business, and consumer landscapes.

Provide strategic counsel to product leaders and key stakeholders on external communications and media and creator engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

Deeply collaborative team-player capable of working effectively across functions and geographies while demonstrating high integrity and excellence.

Self-motivated and curious, with an ability to focus and execute, connect dots quickly, anticipate trends, and strategically apply insights to strategy.

Impeccable judgment and critical thinking, capable of navigating ambiguity to make sound decisions in complex, fast-moving scenarios.

Agile and organized, able to balance multiple priority projects with meticulous attention to detail and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Fast learner with insatiable curiosity who connects dots quickly and sees around corners.

Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communications skills, with the ability to distill deep technical details into clear, compelling language.

Strong interpersonal skills, experience in building consensus and driving collaboration through relationships and data.

Ability to quickly analyze media coverage and social sentiment for an executive audience.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years experience in public relations, within agency or corporate settings.

Experience working with generative AI technologies and a demonstrated ability to distill technical concepts for a variety of audiences.

Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams.

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Bachelor's degree.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $191,400 and $288,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
