Senior Leader, Worldwide Enterprise Strategy - Financial Services

Apple's Worldwide Industries and Partnerships team drives Apple's strategy for the industries that matter most. We are looking for a senior leader to own that strategy for Financial Services end to end: someone with deep credibility in the Financial Services community, a track record of leading enterprise technology transformations, and the ability to shape how Apple shows up for an industry where trust is the core currency.
Description
You will lead engagement strategy for the top 50 global Financial Services companies alongside Account Executives, while building partnerships across the industry to expand our scale and reach. You will work with Apple's channel organization to extend wins into repeatable, partner-led motions across the broader market. You will serve as the two-way conduit between the industry and Apple's Product, Engineering, and platform teams.
Responsibilities:
Own the Worldwide Enterprise Strategy for Financial Services, identifying where Apple can uniquely solve customer challenges and turning insight into actionable use cases
Lead engagement strategy for the Top 50 global Financial Services companies, driving platform standardization and multi-year lifecycle adoption
Define Apple's value narrative across the full breadth of the industry: advisory, wealth management, branch operations, trading floors, developers, compliance, and frontline banking workers
Serve as a thought partner to Apple's senior leadership and represent Apple credibly to the external Financial Services community
Convert Top 50 wins into reference architectures and scalable playbooks for partner-led coverage of the broader market
Build and maintain trusted relationships with CIO, CISO, COO, CTO, CFO, Treasurer, and other senior executives
Lead and influence worldwide teams and stakeholders, both direct and indirect, who engage with Financial Services customers.
Define and track key success metrics for platform adoption and Top 50 engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading digital transformation or enterprise technology modernization within large-scale banking, insurance, wealth management, or capital markets organizations
Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment models and implications for data residency and regulatory exposure
Familiarity with emerging fintech shifts (digital assets, agentic AI, embedded finance)
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems including systems integrators, resellers, and ISVs
Experience building vertical-specific playbooks or reference architectures
Familiarity with Financial Services regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA, FFIEC, GDPR, PCI-DSS, GLBA)
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Minimum Qualifications
15+ years in enterprise strategy, business development, digital transformation, or sales leadership with significant Financial Services experience
Deep understanding of the Financial Services industry including digital banking, branch operations, trading environments, treasury and payments, regulatory compliance, fraud and risk management, and developer platforms
Established network within the Financial Services executive community, gained through direct industry experience with large banks and their executives, sufficient to open relationships and shape industry dialogue on Apple's behalf.

Demonstrated success with go-to-market strategies involving direct enterprise engagement and indirect channel or partner ecosystems
Strong understanding of Apple platforms (iPhone, iPad, Mac) in enterprise environments
Fluency in enterprise technology trends, with the ability to translate platform capabilities into business value for regulated institutions
Experience engaging and influencing C-suite executives (CIO, CISO, COO, CTO, CFO, Treasurer)
Strong financial acumen including TAM analysis and business case development
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct reporting authority
Bachelor's degree

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $229,000 and $344,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
