Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Revenue Operations Lead to join our dynamic team in New York supporting our Global Accounts business. In this role, you will be a critical partner to sales leadership, leveraging data and strategic thinking to uncover growth opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, and improve overall sales performance in the digital advertising space.

Business Insights: Leverage a strong understanding of the market, client base and competitive set to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to deliver actionable insights to sales leadership.

Operational Excellence: Provide essential support to the broader sales enablement org & sales teams including book of business qualification/building, product/reporting training, and CRM hygiene.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred

Excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills

Self-starter attitude with high integrity, accountability, and collaboration

BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field

MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations

Solid understanding of the digital ad ecosystem

Strong analytical mindset with a passion for analyzing reports and data to uncover insights to create high impact growth strategies

Proven track record of identifying growth opportunities and business challenges and utilizing analytics and reporting to create strategic options for stakeholders at all levels
