Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Lead to join our dynamic team supporting our Display business. In this role, you will be a critical partner to sales leadership, leveraging data and strategic thinking to uncover growth opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, and improve overall sales performance in the digital advertising space.

In the area of Business Insights, the position demands a strong understanding of the market, client base, and competitive landscape to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics, ultimately delivering actionable insights to sales leadership.

Finally, under Operational Excellence, the role provides vital support to the broader sales enablement organization and sales teams. This includes tasks such as book of business qualification and building, product and reporting training, and maintaining CRM hygiene.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred

Excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills

Self-starter attitude with high integrity, accountability, and collaboration

BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations

Solid understanding of the digital ad ecosystem

Strong analytical mindset with a passion for analyzing reports and data to uncover insights to create high impact growth strategies

Proven track record of identifying growth opportunities and business challenges and utilizing analytics and reporting to create strategic options for stakeholders at all levels
