Retail Finance Senior Financial Analyst - WW Stores

As part of this group, you'll play an integral role in ensuring our day- to-day financial health. This role will lead the creation of the Store Level Sales Forecast (SLSF) for 500+ retail stores Worldwide, informing staffing strategy / resource optimization and benchmark setting to drive commercial performance. It involves a mixture of weekly / quarterly responsibilities and project based / innovative time. Key business partners include: VP of Stores, WW Ownership Operations, Retail Store Analytics and Retail Finance teams.
Description
• Work closely with Retail Finance teams (DF&A, People, FP&A) to model SLSF forecast scenarios, reflecting macros trends and country / store specific initiatives
• Build out detailed stores level forecasts adjusting for local factors, partnering with Geo Finance and Ownership Ops teams to assess and adjust
• Deliver written and verbal presentations to Retail Leadership, including the VP of Stores, on assumptions, risks and opportunities and recommendation on likely plan
• Partner cross functionally (Retail Store Analytics, PART, AI/ML and PPO) to develop ML-based sales forecasting and monitoring tools, using quantitative and qualitative inputs
• Be responsible for sharing insights and analyzing intra quarter store level trends, to support teams and Retail Leadership in making decision / changes that directly impact our stores performance
• Partner with WW Ownership Ops and Retail Store Analytics to evolve and create new tools and metrics utilized by field teams and GRS e.g. Apple Retail Sales Dashboard to assess and drive commercial performance
Preferred Qualifications
Understand and work with complex data sets
Analytical thinker and quick learner with demonstrated problem solving skills
Demonstrated success managing multiple activities, projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing, results-driven environment
Independent and self-motivated
Ability to build effective partnerships in a cross-functional organization
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including executive level presentations
Experience with visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau and Datakit
MBA a plus
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in a high performance and high growth organization
