Resource Manager
Apple is looking for an experienced Resource Manager to join our Product, Design & Marketing Operations team. We are a large global creative group within Apple Services - with hubs in Cupertino, Culver City, New York, London, and Singapore, and smaller studios located across the globe.

As a Resource Manager for Product, Design & Marketing, you will be an operational expert who enables seamless contingent workforce management across the organization. Your day-to-day work will focus on building scalable processes, optimizing tools, ensuring compliance, and providing responsive support to assignment managers and cross-functional partners.","responsibilities":"Analyze and iterate on existing contingent workforce workflows and recommend process improvements that drive operational excellence at scale
Oversee and optimize tooling for end-to-end operational processes and workflows for contingent workforce management
Serve as the subject matter expert for resource management and collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable, Wrike)
Support compliance initiatives and policy updates in partnership with Procurement and People teams
Track and report on program metrics for planning purposes and ad hoc requests
Build and maintain standardized onboarding materials and resources for contingent workers and assignment managers
Serve as a primary point of contact for assignment managers and cross-functional partners with questions about contingent workforce processes and policies
Represent the contingent workforce program in cross-functional initiatives and planning sessions
Pilot new tools, processes, or integrations and measure their effectiveness
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across Creative, Production, Procurement, Operations, and People teams
Collaborate with Program Manager on program documentation that informs process, policy, and compliance standards, and help drive adoption
Create and present compelling data narratives that communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience partnering with Creative, Technical, Production, Procurement, HR, Legal and Budget teams
Proficiency in Keynote with ability to translate data into clear, actionable presentations

Understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management in workforce operations
Experience building partnerships with both internal teams and external vendors/partners
Proven ability to be diplomatic yet assertive when driving outcomes and ensuring compliance
Familiarity with contingent workforce management or vendor management systems
Flexibility for occasional travel and working across time zones
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience in creative operations or resource management, preferably supporting Product, Design, Marketing, or related organizations
Experience working with resource management and collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable, Wrike)
Proven ability to rapidly learn and leverage new tools with natural curiosity to solve operational challenges
Process driven and detail-oriented - passion for optimizing and simplifying workflows for ease of use and consistency
Understanding of creative team structures and workflows to build processes that enable effective hiring and management of contingent talent
Familiarity with diverse creative, operational, and technical roles and their unique skillsets to support effective hiring and management decisions
Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across global teams
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues and provides solutions before escalation
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining flexibility with changing priorities
Bachelor's degree

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,800 and $210,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
