We are looking for an accomplished program manager to drive complex regulatory programs in Apple's Services organization. Description

This team specializes in complex, ambiguous, and diverse programs stemming from new regulations around the world. These programs may have potential impacts across engineering, product, operations, business, compliance, and other areas. Our value sits at the intersection of all those areas, as we take a broad view to inform Apple's approach and develop balanced requirements.

We're looking for a problem solver with a proven track record of breaking down seemingly impossible problems into manageable pieces, leveraging experts and owners, and adapting as we learn more. The Apple teams needed to solve these problems are spread throughout the company, so it's imperative to be an expert at building and growing relationships. Strong communication is required for our success.

Teams expect us to identify and put forward solutions, own our projects, and drive to outcomes. Technical depth, and a drive to learn how things work, is required for your success. You are required to synthesize complex issues into clear points.

We are not an engineering team, but our programs are closely tied to software and data. Much of our value lies in our ability to convey deeply technical issues to legal and policy teams, and convey legal and policy issues to technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Capable of adapting quickly and constructively to change.

Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient.

Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex proposals and requirements into clear communication for senior executive audiences.

Experience managing regulatory programs in consumer software or internet services.

Expertise in data analytics including partnering with data science teams.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years experience driving complex software engineering programs ,including developing requirements for software engineering teams.

Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.

Able to facilitate consensus by mediating competing interests, challenging assumptions, and developing creative solutions.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
