Description
This role provides analytical and operational support to the Global Production Strategy, Planning & Analysis team, combining production knowledge with organizational capabilities to support data management, process optimization, workflow documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Map and document key studio functions, roles, responsibilities, and value propositions
Build and maintain tracking systems, grids, and databases in Airtable for production activities, budgets, and milestones
Create workflow diagrams and process documentation that provide departmental clarity
Develop dashboards providing real-time visibility into project health and performance
Production Support & Analysis
Support post-mortem analysis, market research, and cost-cutting initiatives
Maintain knowledge of crew bases and vendors in key production markets
Contribute to labor planning and operational continuity analysis
Assist in collecting and organizing critical data from multiple sources
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Problem Solving
Communicate effectively across Physical Production, Finance, Tax, Government Affairs, and Programming Strategy teams
Exercise excellent judgment in solving time-sensitive, mission-critical issues
Proactively identify potential problems and escalate appropriately
Actively participate in modifying and improving existing workflows
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in scripted Film and/or TV production, production coordination, production finance, or studio operations
Strong knowledge of production terminology, cast/crew positions, and industry hierarchies
Familiarity with production documents (budgets, schedules, call sheets, cost reports)
Working knowledge of crew bases and vendors in major production markets
Technical Skills & Competencies:
Highly proficient in Airtable (database design, relational tables, automations)
Strong proficiency in Excel; comfortable with Keynote
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Strong analytical and communication skills across all organizational levels
Proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and manages multiple projects
Actively engaged in professional networking within entertainment industry

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $121,600 and $183,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
