We are currently seeking a PR Manager for the US Hispanic market who will lead the strategy, planning and execution of major product and software PR programs and initiatives for this audience. This is first and foremost a senior strategy and media relations role. You will drive communication plans and be hands on, working day-to-day to engage with Hispanic journalists, creators, and community voices across the United States, spotlighting Apple's products and software and bringing them to life through stories that showcase their relevance and impact for Hispanic consumers and businesses. We're looking for a skilled communicator with deep cultural fluency, strong local media relationships, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with one of the most dynamic and influential communities in the country.
This role sits within Apple's Latin America and US Hispanic Communications team and works in close collaboration with the Head of Communications for the region.
Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading communications activities with media and content creators across the US Hispanic market to support Apple's product launches, software releases, and momentum campaigns. The role requires the ability to think strategically and execute activations with high attention to detail, along with a proven ability to anticipate, manage, and mitigate PR issues while working closely with local and global teams. This is a product and software communications role: the candidate will lead PR for iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, Home products, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Apple Intelligence in the US Hispanic market.
You will help devise and execute communications initiatives that authentically connect with Hispanic audiences across the US, as well as create and bring to life local product and software communications strategies. Responsibilities will include strategic planning and execution, identifying and managing issues in a fast-paced environment and continuous news cycle. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the wider management team in the region and will be tightly coordinated with worldwide PR teams.

You will help establish, expand and build meaningful connections for Apple to amplify product and software storytelling to Hispanic journalists, creators, and local and regional communities across the United States.
You will play an instrumental role in influencing, developing, and driving launch and momentum campaigns - including around Apple Intelligence and software milestones - to ensure maximum awareness and cultural relevance within the US Hispanic market.
You will work collaboratively with a variety of teams and functions to create and deliver initiatives that increase awareness and understanding of Apple and how the company is a force for good. This includes the local and WW Product PR team, Software PR, Product Marketing, and Marcom teams.
Possess expert knowledge of the competitive landscape and keep your team at WW up to date on what's happening in your market and with your audience.
Manage and respond to day-to-day press inquiries and ensure our regular media and creator contacts are kept up to speed on the latest Apple news.
Drive and manage product and software seeding for your categories.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in media relations across both product and software/technology communications.
Track record of successfully delivering consumer PR campaigns that have created meaningful impact with Hispanic audiences.
Self-motivated, with a positive team-player attitude and passionate about consumer technology. A self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communications skills - in English and Spanish - across written, verbal, and storytelling formats.
Able to work with ambiguity and on complex topics across multiple jurisdictions. Skilled in multi-tasking, delivering under tight timelines, and adapting quickly to change.
Effectively builds formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.
Develops and delivers effective communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs and cultural context of Hispanic audiences.
Analyses complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
Understands internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs.
Experience working across a matrixed, global organization with multiple cross-functional partners.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years' experience in public relations, in house or in an agency setting.
Deep experience in media relations and a strong network of media and influencer contacts within the US Hispanic market, including tech, lifestyle, and cultural platforms.
Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English; written and verbal fluency in both languages is required.
Strong understanding of the US Hispanic audience - its diversity, cultural nuances, and media ecosystem.
Ability to travel up to 30%.","internalDetails":null
