The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple's products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.
Do you have awareness of current photography trends, techniques, tools and tech with a strong desire to innovate and push boundaries? Define, implement and uphold the visual excellence and brand consistency for all imagery within the REMM photography studio. Set comprehensive visual standards, oversee the creation of high volume product photography for the Apple Online Store and ensure meticulous quality from initial capture through final delivery.

Description
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external partners to be the key point of contact for all image capture within the REMM photography studio. In this role you are responsible for managing a rotating roster of freelance talent and managed service vendors to support peak moments for the business and oversee the creation of our comprehensive style guide and best practices. You are not afraid to try new things!","responsibilities":"Execute high volume, high quality product photography for a diverse range of products ensuring meticulous attention to detail, color accuracy, texture and brand aesthetic.
Act as primary decision-maker for all visual aspects from lighting and composition to post-production guidelines and final galleries for our online accessory site.
Develop, define and implement comprehensive visual best practices, style guides and photographic standards for all imagery originating within the Retail photography studio
Direct and guide freelance photographers and stylists on set, providing clear vision and technical expertise.
Design and implement streamlined workflows for photography, partnering with other functional creative production teams when necessary.
Collaborate closely with contract retouching artists and managed service vendors to define and refine post production guidelines ensuring consistency and excellence.
Provide detailed feedback on retouched images to maintain visual integrity and brand consistency.
Resource freelance talent and managed service support based on overall current and future workload within the studio including estimating, budget tracking and final invoicing.
Preferred Qualifications
Expert level proficiency with professional camera systems, lighting equipment and capture software.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex photography projects from conception through execution.
Experience resourcing teams in response to project workload.
Experience in presenting concepts to key stakeholders, receiving comments and interpreting feedback to internal artists.
Expert attention to detail especially regarding image quality and file management
Experience with vendor management.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 10 years in professional commercial photography studio rooted in tech and luxury products.
Experience managing freelance production support eg., photographers, assistants, stylists
Experience partnering with post production leads to develop efficient retouching workflows.
