The IS&T Onboarding Program Manager is responsible for designing and delivering a best-in class onboarding experience for new employees joining Apple's Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) organization. This role focuses on helping new hires feel engaged, informed, and connected from day one-ensuring they integrate seamlessly into Apple's culture and the IS&T team. Working cross-functionally with leadership, engagement teams, hiring managers, recruiting, and subject matter experts, you'll own the onboarding experience end to end, delivering consistent and meaningful experiences at scale.","responsibilities":"Define and evolve onboarding goals and strategy in partnership with IS&T Communications and Engagement leadership.

Develop and maintain success metrics to track the impact and effectiveness of onboarding experiences.

Continuously improve onboarding processes based on feedback, evolving best practices, and organizational needs.

Launch and refine an onboarding dashboard to provide visibility into progress, experience milestones, and program success.

Own and manage onboarding events-from virtual orientations to hybrid engagement activities-handling logistics, communications, and production (Webex, calendar holds, prep materials, post-event recordings).

Draft and manage onboarding communications for new hires, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders, including email templates, playbooks, event invites, and welcome resources.

Use project management tools to plan, execute, and report on onboarding programs across multiple timelines and work-streams.

Ensure seamless collaboration across stakeholders, building a consistent onboarding narrative that aligns with Apple's voice and IS&T's culture.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in onboarding or talent development programs within a technical or enterprise organization

Familiarity with Apple tools and platforms (e.g., Webex, Keynote, Apple-internal systems).

Passion for employee experience and engagement

Ability to adapt to evolving business needs with a creative and flexible mindset

Understanding of Apple's culture and how to translate that into a meaningful onboarding experience

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing or delivering onboarding programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience leading events and training sessions in hybrid or fully virtual formats

Skilled in project management tools and comfortable using dashboards or tracking tools to report progress

Adept at drafting communication materials tailored to different stakeholders-from hiring managers to new employees to executive leadership

Ability to think both strategically and tactically, identifying program improvements while delivering day-to-day execution

Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.

High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership

Executive presence and the ability to present confidently to senior leadership

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
