Description

As a NAND ATE Test Engineer you will lead and support the testing, failure analysis and qualification of various programs using SSD (solid-state drive). A strong candidate will have experience with NAND validation, and reliability testing. You will be part of a world class team of HW Engineers who identify and resolve potential risks for all aspects of NAND qualification and testing, including generating test programs and scripts. Create test validation checklists and work in cross-functional teams to ensure quality and performance.

Lead internal engineering teams in system and component failure analysis and defining corrective actions from system to components.

Develop and manage SSD/NAND stress test rack qualification testing at the system level.

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of relevant industry experience

Experience in coding scripts and board design necessary to enable ATE test solutions

Understanding of Electronic Engineering fundamentals, including signal and power integrity

Ability to work with test equipment (i.e., oscilloscope, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, etc.)
