Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Develop and utilize analytical models to evaluate complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive critical business decisions. Use SAP in material data set-up. Meet product launch objectives, delivering timely solutions for product launch objectives and custom requirements across a broad range of capabilities and customized offerings. Manage a portfolio of product setup for AMR and influence cross-functional resources. Serve as subject matter expert on ongoing material data management projects to ensure adherence to all requirements collaborating with multiple groups including America Operations, Supply Demand Management/Execution, Reseller Operations, Logistics, Retail, Apple Store Online, Business Process Re-Engineering, Corporate Compliance, Product Ops, Product Marketing, Pricing, Legal, and others. Drive quality in processes for material setup by demonstrating accountability, deep root cause analysis, and quality focused process engineering. Lead a center of excellence for material setup processes and tools across America Operations. Develop management systems for stage testing to provide visibility to launch readiness and identify opportunities for improvements.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Experience and/or education must include:
Developing and utilizing analytical models to evaluate complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive critical business decisions.
Experience working in a matrixed and global organization.
Improving process through prototype tools using analytic skills like Tableau.
Developing time dependency models for key milestones, building contingency plans and recommending changes and escalations.
Identifying process improvement or change management opportunities (including using tools, work-streams, or systems).
Evaluating customer and supply chain risks and implementing contingency plans to mitigate consumer impact, including ad-hoc /analytical problem solving during unprecedented events.
Explaining complex business plans, systems, and tools with a focus on the upstream and downstream impact and relationship between multiple functions and decisions.
