Marketing Operations Manager, internal product

We are looking for a results-oriented Program Manager to identify, scope and manage the development and deployment of internal tools to support strategic business decisioning. This role requires strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs to technical specifications in order to grow the business through informing strategies and improving customer experiences. As the Marketing Enablement Internal Product Lead, you will oversee all resources in support of strategic internal, enterprise product development for delivery of insights for cross-functional teams, including Apple Pay, Apple Card, Apple Cash and other Wallet lines of business. This role works actively with internal Wallet, Payments and Commerce (WPC) teams as well as other internal partners including Maps, Growth Marketing and Media teams. This role owns the gathering of business needs through deep understanding of partner challenges coupled with comprehensive knowledge of internal data availability while keeping user Privacy top of mind. This role develops and leads the vision of Marketing Enablement tools for internal partners in support of worldwide insights at market levels that support Planning, Marketing, Product, Data Science & Analytics, Business Development and ultimately external partners.

Description

Develop strategy and design for internal tools that support partner needs in planning, forecasting, performance analysis that will ultimately inform product development and design. Solicits and collects partner needs across WPC to prioritize development opportunities for new solutions which leverage internal data through privacy-friendly means. You will be responsible for resourcing against the needs of internal business partners, actively set and manages schedules along with stakeholder expectations to deliver on the demands of the business. Along with resourcing for needs, you are also responsible for actively developing processes, tools and technical approaches to launch and manage internal tools with focus on process and systems efficiencies which scale across the WPC offerings.","responsibilities":"Collaborate with internal partners to secure and foster relationships through understanding of business challenges for which solutions are designed and delivered

Identify new opportunities for driving the business through data availability

Thoroughly understand internal data landscapes to map against business needs

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal enterprise data offerings

Prioritize features and initiatives using data-driven decision-making while balancing business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility

Conduct product feature determination and validation with users from product conceptualization through launch and ongoing operational management

Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing iteration, ensuring alignment with enterprise customer needs

Define and track performance KPIs including data quality, product usage, system uptime and overall impacts

Document plans and processes, driving consistency and alignment across teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Product Development and Operations desired; experience with AI/ML product development

Minimum Qualifications

Proven track record as a Production and Operations Manager to manage and deliver upon stakeholder needs

Experience in dentification and articulation of forecasted business and customer experience impacts to attain cross-functional support to deliver on key initiatives

Technical ability to design and deliver engineered processes and tools for business stakeholders seamlessly based upon their cited needs; delivering non-technical interfaces

Strong understanding of internal partner needs, such as data accessibility, integrations, compliance, scalability, and user management

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority

Ability to convey complex requirements in a clear, concise and credible manner through written and verbal communications

Strong out-of-the-box problem-solving, curious business and technical attitude, and an ability to drive action

Ability to influence partners and deliver projects with timely completion in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Knowledge of data architecture with an understanding of integration and data transformation standard methodologies and BI product development lifecycle.
