Marketing Enablement & Operations Acquisition Program Manager
Apple Wallet Payments and Commerce (WPC) team is looking for an experienced marketing program manager to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies in order to develop and implement solutions in support of Marketing and Product Teams as well as third party partners. This role works closely with internal and external parties to create and optimize processes, design and architect tools. The Marketing Enablement & Operations Team develops MarTek solutions and manages them operationally, once launched in support of the most efficient deployment and optimization of marketing campaigns. Ongoing optimization includes execution through program results readouts to inform future efforts with focus on maximizing results with a world-class customer experience.
Description
This position will focus on overall process efficiencies in our marketing operations and campaign management to ensure scale for existing and future efforts. In collaboration with the Marketing leads, Data Science & Analytics and other operations teams, this role is responsible for driving results against forecasts while feeding back areas for improvements.

Oversee campaigns for Card, Cash, Savings, Pay with support for all systems which enable these campaigns with extension in to Transit, Access, Identity and other new lines of business

Coordinate with Marketing Leads And Engagement Program Manager at to fully understand customer journeys to improve onboarding and customer lifetime experiences from end to end
Actively monitor all existing campaigns with regular readouts on performance, supported by the Analytics team ensuring all appropriate parties have full visibility to performance
Ensure that milestones and objectives are met through effective project management and influence of key cross-functional contributors delivering projects on time and on budget
Identify areas for process improvements in support of quality and scale
Execution and management of Cash acquisition campaigns
End-to-end testing for all WPC acquisition campaigns including User Acceptance & Production testing
Optimize acquisition campaign intake in coordination with engagement and promotion project managers for consistency and efficiencies
Instill acquisition marketing best practice and consistencies, where available, for all Wallet offerings
Preferred Qualifications
Process flow mapping
Process and tools improvement
Experience managing Merchant Identifiers (MIDs) and Merchant Category Codes (MCCs)
Experience with financial services, specifically working at Financial institutions/Credit Card issuers, Networks, NeoBanks.
Minimum Qualifications
15+ years of experience managing marketing operations projects and business initiatives with strong knowledge of technical inter-workings for development and attention to details required
Proven success in a marketing role including cost/benefit analysis, post marketing analytics and requirements definition/documentation
Track record with project management and process improvements
Experience managing multimillion dollar marketing budgets
Strong experience in connecting, designing and developing Marketing Technology processes and tools in for large-scale customer acquisition efforts through installed base and external marketing campaigns that reach tens of millions of consumers
Proven track record delivering marketing initiatives on time/budget, concept to maintenance
Deep understanding of multimedia marketing campaigns
Demonstrated pattern of success at work and in other pursuits
Passion for customers, technology and data delivering stellar customer experiences
Skilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
Technically minded with business savvy
Proactive, results-oriented, organized and driven
Experience in managing global campaign in active support of worldwide partners
