Apple's Worldwide Market Research and Analytics team, part of Worldwide Product Marketing, is looking for an extraordinary market research practitioner to support its customer insights needs. The successful candidate will be an experienced people manager, highly skilled in consumer market research operations and analytics, with a deep understanding of the technical infrastructure needed to support a high volume of surveys, and a curious, resourceful problem solver who collaborates effectively with others. Proficiency in advanced analytical methods is a plus.

Assist in the design of questionnaires, screeners, discussion guides, and other materials required in the process of conducting consumer research

Lead the advanced analytics function that works across LOBs to enable a deeper understanding of customer preferences and behaviors

Manage internal and external vendors who assist in survey operations (e.g. web survey platform, translation, localization, coding, sample and list preparation, reporting, design)

Track department budget, project plans, POs, and survey performance measures

Articulate a vision for how AI tools and automation can make the survey operations and analytics process more efficient and faster

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient with Python, Jupyter Notebook, Excel, Keynote

Familiarity with database environments like Snowflake / Oracle / Postgres

Strong design aesthetic as it relates to the visual communication of information

Second-to-none client service bent

Extreme attention to detail and intellectual curiosity to solve difficult analytical problems

Experience working with IT teams to implement enhancements in survey infrastructure

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in consumer market research and analysis in client and/ or vendor roles

Experience leading and developing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

In-depth knowledge of consumer market research analysis methods and advanced analytic techniques

Experience using Keynote for reporting insights with a storytelling mindset

Experience in managing market research operations (end-to-end survey programming and distribution)

Able to manage many projects in a fast-paced environment, often under tight timeframes

Bachelor's degree, MBA / Master's degree preferred

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $191,400 and $288,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
