Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Machine Learning and Tooling initiatives across a global, cross-functional organization.
In this position, you'll work with Engineering, Operations, and international teams to manage the end-to-end workflows and systems that power lyrics delivery, driving efficiency and operational excellence across a complex network of content partners and internal teams.
Our program spans tooling platforms, operational workflows, and AIML initiatives. You will own complex and ambiguous projects from inception through delivery - defining scope, driving alignment, managing risk, and ensuring perfect execution within deadlines.
You will serve as the global DRI for initiatives that touch international teams and regional operations, making sure partners in every time zone are included early and heard clearly.
Strong communication is non-negotiable. You must be able to synthesize complexity into clarity, tailor your message to the audience, requiring you to effectively translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for engineering teams, and vice versa.
You will also be expected to look beyond your assigned portfolio. The best PMs on this team identify process gaps and propose improvements that make the whole team better.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end project management for ML and tooling initiatives - defining scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics, and driving delivery from planning through follow-through
Serve as global DRI for initiatives impacting APAC, EMEIA, and international partners, ensuring regional teams are included early and aligned throughout
Bridge Engineering and Operations: translate technical constraints for business partners and operational needs for engineering teams
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project success
Lead project reviews, leadership presentations, and status communications; maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation that keep stakeholders informed and decisions grounded in data
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience shipping ML-powered consumer features at scale
Experience preparing and delivering executive-level reviews and leadership communications
Self-starting, self-motivated, and self-sufficient; thrives with minimal direction in high-ambiguity environments
Thrives in highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, handles decisions with ease, and has the ability to navigate ambiguity
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years as a Product Manager or AIML Program Manager in the music/media industry
Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end, from ambiguous problem through structured delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor message to different audiences
Ability to work independently, drive clarity in ambiguous spaces, and manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Passion for music and deep appreciation for Apple's design and user experience principles
Comfortable working in technical environments alongside engineering and data teams
Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
Ability to be onsite; this role is an in-person, onsite position
Available to work some nights and weekends as needed
Up to 5% + travel required; both domestic and international
