Our team is looking for a hard-working, detail oriented, and motivated Hardware EPM to drive Apple's product development process from prototype to mass production. This role uniquely combines technical and financial expertise to drive Capex and Budget for iPhone Engineering product development.

Description

This role requires comprehensive oversight of both CapEx and product budget management for iPhone engineering development. You will be responsible for managing equipment budgets and spend across all iPhone CM sites, including tracking assets and coordinating maintenance and service budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams. In the product budget domain, you will consolidate and track iPhone product budgets by partnering with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and driving budget-related initiatives. A critical aspect of this position involves preparing and delivering regular CapEx status updates and product budget presentations to senior leadership, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely with the appropriate justification. Success in this role demands excellent organizational abilities, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a strategic mindset to balance engineering needs with overall financial objectives.

This is an individual contributor role that will work as a part of a large program management team towards the successful development of the overall product.

Flexibility to collaborate with global teams spread across multiple timezones

Minimum Qualifications

MBA in Operations management, finance with a technical academic background or equivalent experience

Experience in consumer electronics supply chain, capital equipment management

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Ability to travel - domestic & international (up to 35%)

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
