The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple's products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values. The REMM Creative Production Group is looking for a detail obsessed Image Production Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring the technical excellence, brand adherence and visual quality of all assets produced within the REMM photography studio. This role requires close collaboration with photography lead, photography post producers and external vendors to maintain consistent standards and ensure timely delivery of high-quality, brand compliant visual content.

Description

In this role you will be responsible for reviewing visuals against established brand guidelines and technical specifications, identifying and addressing any inconsistencies or errors. In this role you will support reviews of all incoming and outgoing imagery in partnership with photography lead and photography post producers to ensure technical excellence. The ideal candidate is able review physical samples in order to meticulously evaluate image assets and has a demonstrated understanding of how our products are visually represented across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Verify strict adherence to established brand style guides, visual standards and technical specifications for all image deliverables. Identify and flag inconsistencies, errors or areas for improvement to photographers and retouching artists.
  • Maintain and update QC checklists and documentation to ensure consistent application of standards.
  • Communicate best practices to external vendors.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Apple's brand guidelines, visual identity and aesthetic preferences
  • Ensure proper file naming conventions and organization.
  • Export and deliver final image assets to spec.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years in a role focused on image production and quality control within a creative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of image file formats and color spaces.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for visual consistency and quality.
  • Ability to interpret and adhere to brand guidelines and visual style guides.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Problem solver who is proactive and self motivated.
  • Knowledge of Apple products and third party accessories.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
