You will be joining an inspiring team that works to bring the Apple brand to life through unique

events and experiences that connect our customers with our services and products. This team

is housed within Apple Music, but also creates bespoke events and experiences across TV

marketing, Sports, Fitness, and other Apple services.

We are looking for a senior creative leader who operates with equal fluency in big-picture

strategy and hands-on creative direction - someone who can pitch a bold experiential concept

in the morning and pressure-test the P&L behind it in the afternoon.

Description

You are a visionary experiential leader with a rare combination of creative ambition and

operational rigor, capable of inspiring teams to deliver bold, culturally impactful work at the

highest level. You blend creative intuition, strategic acumen, and deep production expertise to

craft immersive experiences that resonate meaningfully with audiences while advancing clear

business objectives and measurable outcomes.

You lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability - bringing out the best in people by

challenging them to think outside the box and constantly push for new ways to do amazing

work. You foster a culture of curiosity, growth, and collaboration, encouraging teams to work

together across the Apple ecosystem, embrace new ideas, and push creative boundaries. You

You bring a deep passion for immersive storytelling, experiential design, and culturally resonant

activations. You generate original ideas - not simply executing briefs, but shaping creative

vision from concept through delivery. You understand how to balance bold creative ambition with

operational rigor, ensuring every initiative is strategically aligned, thoughtfully planned, and built

for impact.

You mentor and empower the producers and creatives on the team to manage their project

pipelines with strategy and enable efficiency across multiple work streams - from early

concepting to global productions. You are highly organized, solutions-oriented, and calm under

pressure, with exceptional business and budget management capabilities across complex

service lines and stakeholder groups.

As a senior leader, you are a trusted partner across the organization, known for executive

presence, clear communication, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You navigate

ambiguity and complexity with confidence, align teams around shared goals, and consistently

raise the standard for both creative excellence and team performance.

Responsibilities:

Define and lead experiential programming at Apple Music and across other Services opportunities

Carefully manage the creative pipeline and team delegation - from brief intake through development, and on-site production

Innovate and evolve the operational infrastructure (systems, trackers, processes) that enables the team to respond to fast-turnaround briefs and scale with demand

Lead our budgeting and project forecasting - working closely with finance and procurement to ensure smooth process and communication

Identify, onboard, and negotiate with external partners (agencies, vendors, freelancers) with authority and clear methodology

Ensure consistent project management rigor: timelines, status reports, sign-offs, contingency plans

Lead creative reviews and manage feedback from cross-functional stakeholders, internally and externally

Deliver constructive feedback and develop team members to grow in their skill sets - setting the bar for creative quality and operational discipline

Preferred Qualifications

Equal parts creative and strategic - Can concept a breakthrough experience and articulate why it serves the brand and the business.

Complex project orchestration - Manages multiple concurrent live projects with contingency planning, timeline governance, and cross-functional coordination.

Process architect - Doesn't just follow systems, builds them. Creates repeatable frameworks for pitch response, creative review, and production delivery

Pitch leadership - Owns presentation quality and storytelling in pitch decks and creative reviews. Can rally a room around the hight idea, both internally and externally.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience leading an Events & Experiential team

Equal parts creative and strategic - Can concept a breakthrough experience and articulate why it serves the brand and the business.

Demonstrated People leadership, must have experience leading and empowering a high performing team where team culture is valued hand-in-hand with creative & strategic output.

Proven budget management - Comfortable owning six-and-seven-figure production budgets, building trackers, and reporting to finance. You will find efficiencies around both resourcing and budgeting.

show up in culture and present blue sky concepts, even if they are not within the realm of possibility for the immediate quarter or year.

Cross-functional fluency - Works seamlessly across Producers, Creatives, Marketing leads, and external vendors/agencies to integrate the broader ecosystem into event programming.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $218,100 and $327,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
