Apple is seeking an experienced lifecycle marketer with a passion for growing consumer subscription or payments businesses. The Growth Marketing Manager will work with a wide variety of functional teams across Apple including engineering, product, marketing, operations, data analytics, design, and business. You will be responsible for creating programs that connect with customers in a privacy-friendly way to drive acquisition and engagement, and make sure they are getting the most out of their services.

Description

The Growth Marketing Manager will develop and optimize acquisition and engagement strategies for Apple Services across owned channels like email, in-app messages, and push notifications. They will optimize programs through A/B testing and develop strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to connect with customers.","responsibilities":"5-8 years experience leading customer lifecycle marketing programs, ideally for a consumer payments or subscription business with demonstrated success achieving growth goals of user acquisition and engagement.

Experience working collaboratively with creative and design teams to develop clear briefs and providing feedback on creative while meeting project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

Thorough understanding of integrating product, design, business, marketing, engineering and other cross-functional stakeholders to clarify program goals, strategy, and execution.

Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly to both senior executives and individual contributors.

Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills; ability to develop strong working partnerships.

Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, and time-critical projects.

Outstanding cross-functional team working skills with an ability to collaborate closely with other teams to solve problems and implement programs that achieve core business objectives.

Expertise in how modern MarTech stacks are used to deploy campaigns and customer journeys.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
