The Growth Marketing PMO team supports orchestrating the intake, execution, and timely delivery of these marketing messages. We are seeking a skilled Cross-Functional Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Description
In this role, you will be instrumental for the intake, planning, tracking, and launching of high-impact campaigns and projects that drive the sustained growth and engagement of Apple's innovative media services. You are a results -oriented leader with a proven ability to identify, scope, and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will partner closely with teams across Product, Design &Marketing and Apple Services Engineering, engaging with Engineering, Product, Operations, Design, Globalization, Business, and more. You have a high attention to detail and are committed to timely execution, adeptly deciphering critical information to inform Growth Marketing team planning and deliverables, and skillfully balancing competing business priorities.

Facilitate Operational Excellence: Support the intake and iterative planning process for campaigns across multiple lines of business, optimizing marketing operations team resources. Lead Planning & Forecasting: Lead cross-functional meetings to meticulously define project scope. Align on level of effort, and provide insightful reporting for capacity allocation and forecasting, enabling strategic resource management.
Champion Solutions: Identify and champion innovative solutions to complex risk management challenges through strategic partnerships and creative thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously across diverse teams, navigating ambiguity and delivering results.
Adept at cultivating trust and influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Familiarity with Apple's services ecosystem (e.g., Apple TV, Music, iCloud, Apple One, Fitness+, etc.).
Experience with global marketing campaigns and localization processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience in project and process management, marketing operations, and enterprise resource allocation.
Demonstrated experience with lifecycle marketing, CRM, email, mobile app development and / or software engineering lifecycle.
Proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing complex project workflows, prioritizing initiatives, and tracking multiple projects using leading tools (e.g., Quip, Confluence, Wrike) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Experience partnering with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to strategically prioritize features and programs.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information, present persuasively, and interact effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to provide clear, concise, and actionable reporting, and to develop and deliver impactful presentations and training to diverse audiences.
