Description
Lead for Apple TV to help drive the next phase of subscription growth for the Apple TV business. This role will leverage data and analytics to identify growth opportunities that increase signups and engagement for the Apple TV service.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with data and media teams across the organization to uncover growth-driving insights. The ideal candidate can synthesize large data sets into digestible, executive-friendly insights and leverage those learnings to drive growth for Apple TV. The candidate would bring experience using data to drive business results with a proven track record in driving cohesive strategy based on said insights.","responsibilities":"Produce and develop data-driven performance insights for Apple TV, including Apple TV the streaming service, transactional movies and TV and 3rd party subscription services. Track actual performance versus forecast, identify reasons for discrepancies and produce insights meant to help accelerate growth across key business initiatives.

Have a strong command of full funnel metrics across acquisition, engagement and retention, including Paid Media channels, spend efficiencies, and title performance.
Work cross functionally with the Data Science and Analytics teams as well as Acquisition and Retention to understand drivers of said performance on a weekly cadence.
Roadmap future data and insight needs and work cross functionally to execute.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in interacting with and influencing all levels of management.
Deep understanding of the streaming industry landscape, with specific experience in bundle strategies strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently and embrace change and ambiguity.
Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with a proactive approach to solving problems and anticipating executive needs.
Able to build strategic, long-term relationships at all levels.
Brings energy, creativity, and passion for fostering team culture, inclusion, and belonging.
Comfortable flexing between strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational needs.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 7 years of relevant digital marketing experience with a strong analytical background.
Have a deep understanding of consumer marketing and media.
Expertise in marketing attribution modeling and measurement across owned, paid and earned channels.
Experience in driving multi-channel campaigns and budget management across cross-functional teams.
You excel at marketing analytics and crafting insights to drive successful campaigns.
You excel in data visualization and presentation skills, especially for an executive audience.
You foster and maintain positive relationship management abilities and demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills.
You have strong presentation skills and experience with crafting Keynote presentations.
Strong project management experience is a requirement.
You are a results-oriented self-starter that is self-sufficient, and a highly motivated individual with a team-first mentality.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,400 and $210,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
