Description

We're seeking a skilled Field Producer to manage a variety of projects in our fast-paced production environment. The Field Producer will be responsible for planning and driving the success of projects ranging from video and audio content, photo shoots, and special activations, with an emphasis on producing content for social media.

The Field Producer must be able to manage multiple high profile projects at once, with additional projects added at any given time. They will be responsible for ensuring impactful storytelling, developing unique content ideas, and timely delivery, across video, audio, social, marketing and PR platforms. This role requires frequent travel to manage on-location shoots, and the Field Producer must be able to capture content themselves, including proficiency filming on iPhone. Occasional weekend work is required.

Responsibilities:

Managing timelines and deliverables across multiple projects at one time

Producing content for talent social efforts, representing approximately 50% of workload

Coordinating on-location shoots, including logistics, crew coordination, and creative execution while traveling

Collaborating with post-production on asset management and deliveries

Capturing content themselves, with proficiency filming on iPhone

Working with talent and subject matter experts in the fitness and social realms to execute thoughtful content

Developing scripts and creative for promotional and partnership content across various Fitness Technologies projects

Presenting to senior leadership and execs

Ownership of project presentations and meetings including scheduling details and the preparation, gathering and dissemination of review materials

Proven proactive problem solver in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Creative individual with an interest in fitness and wellness content

Experience producing social-first content for talent

Experience working with production legal

Familiarity with project finance and resource management and reporting

Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Demonstrate extraordinary planning, organizing, creative & critical thinking skills

Experience with presenting to senior level executives

Outstanding communication and time management skills

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of producing experience overseeing high level, cross functional projects end to end

5+ years of experience with production scheduling, including pre-production and post-production work

3+ years of experience working with and directing on-camera talent

Experience working with photographers, editors, and production crews

Experience shooting and capturing content on iPhone

Experience managing on-location shoots

Ability to work under tight time constraints

Frequent travel and weekend work required

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $156,100 and $234,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
