Apple is seeking a Financial Analyst to own and lead high-impact FP&A and financial analysis for the Americas Operations team. This role will play a key part in forecasting, financial planning, and operational decision support, helping drive critical business decisions through supply chain "what-if" modeling, negotiation strategy support, prioritization of cost savings initiatives, and P&L forecasting.

This position partners closely with leaders across Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Supply & Demand Planning, and Operations at both regional and global levels. The successful candidate will translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve performance and directly influence operational and strategic decisions.

This role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and balance detailed execution with a strong understanding of broader business objectives. Lead monthly and quarterly forecast and close processes, communicating key drivers and insights to finance and operations leadership

Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, investment decisions, and major supply chain initiatives

Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for business leaders

Lead financial evaluation of logistics, procurement, and supply chain initiatives, including business cases and scenario modeling

Develop a deep understanding of supply chain operational drivers to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization strategies

Partner with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to identify cost drivers and unlock efficiency opportunities across the Americas

Deliver financial reporting, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis to monitor performance and highlight emerging risks and opportunities

Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, analytical capabilities, and planning processes through automation and scalable systems improvements

Support procurement negotiations and operational strategy through rigorous financial analysis and recommendation development

Collaborate with global teams on systems improvements and strategic projects that enable scalable supply chain growth

Structure and solve complex, ambiguous business problems using data-driven analysis and sound financial judgment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in FP&A or operational finance supporting supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments

Experience building financial models and supporting business cases for operational or strategic initiatives

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Agentic AI, etc)

Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with operations and business teams to influence decision-making

Experience improving processes through automation, data tools, or system enhancements

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical field

5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, consulting, or a similar analytical role

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

Experience working with data and reporting systems

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
