Facilities MAC Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative and experienced professional to join our team as a Facilities Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) Supervisor to coordinate and oversee activities across the campuses in a consistent and safe manner to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Description
The Facilities MAC Supervisor coordinates and oversees furniture moves, workspace reconfigurations, and campus events across Apple facilities. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in workplace coordination, vendor management, and team supervision. This hands-on leader will both supervise staff and manage operational procedures while ensuring alignment with business partner needs. Proficiency with relevant software applications and a passion for exceptional workplace experience are essential.","responsibilities":"Foster and maintain excellent relationships with business units, vendors and co-workers.
Decommission space within the Facilities group and work alongside Project Management teams while interacting with Apple cross functional teams across the portfolio.
Remain flexible and be prepared to adapt to work schedule adjustments and changing priorities from business partners, project management teams and stakeholders.
Prepare and present move and event schedules and plans to functional peer groups and stakeholders for larger activities.
Establish and modify operational methods and procedures, working closely with MAC vendor partners.
Maintain documentation to reflect the effectiveness and efficiency of department activities.
Conduct regular meetings with MAC vendor leadership in an effort to partner on strategic planning for regional growth.
Evaluate vendor staff to ensure the efficient operation of the functional MAC on site team.
Manage and optimize the logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations for furniture assets and other workplace equipment critical to MAC and event activities.

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced Moving, Adds and Changes team or similar environment.
2+ years of experience as a team supervisor with in-house staff or vendor partners.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Thinks critically and creatively about how to regularly improve process and operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
Demonstrated collaboration skills and adaptability in ambiguous situations.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $47.98 and $72.40/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
