Facilities Coordinator

We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world.

Description
As a Facilities Coordinator, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical and administrative support to the Facilities Team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of various maintenance and services for a large campus.","responsibilities":"Manage work order (corrective and preventive) database including development of job plans, dispatch of tickets, follow-up on open issues and ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices.
Support Facilities team with annual budget development, financial variance reports, and operations analysis.
Drive and support special projects under the direction of the Facilities Operations and Service Manager.
Provide additional support for Facilities team as needed.
Continuously evaluate and identify innovative ways to streamline processes.
Create and maintain accurate records, reports, databases, and other documents.
Prepare Keynote presentations.
Collaborate with peers across regions to ensure standards are shared and implemented.
Support building audits as needed.
Work with peers and management to promote and maintain a collaborative workplace.
Serve as back-up to other Facilities Coordinators in the AMR West region.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred
Knowledge of operational and capital expenditure budgeting processes
Comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization and working cross-functionally on a variety of Facilities projects
Skilled in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal teams, customers, and business units
Manages time efficiently, demonstrates ability to multi-task and adapts swiftly to shifting priorities and circumstances
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technology and complex workflows.
Thinks creatively about how to regularly improve process and operations.
Extremely proactive, responsive, and upbeat with strong organizational skills.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of relevant facilities related work experience
Familiarity with tools such as computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), iWork (Numbers, Keynote, Pages), Tableau, and Box.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to manage customer service issues involving employees in a professional and positive manner.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, priorities, and people concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results driven environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $29.22 and $43.76/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
