Apple is seeking a Site Support & Coordinator for the Apple Park Executive Briefing Center (EBC). The EBC hosts Apple's most strategic customers and partners to strengthen relationships and advance business development goals. In this role, you will ensure all devices, equipment, and technical systems are flawlessly prepared for each executive engagement. The seamless technical experience is essential for showcasing the best of Apple to executive audiences, making this role vital to creating premium, memorable experiences.

Description

Customize, execute, and reset briefing rooms, demo areas, and Apple devices daily to ensure flawless technical execution for executive briefings

Manage the on-site fleet of devices, including cleaning, storage, charging, and software updates

Prepare, test, verify, and reset AV and all briefing technology systems for each day's briefings; troubleshoot technical issues as needed, maintaining required operational standards

Collaborate with stakeholders on device refresh, configuration, and setup to maintain premium presentation standards

Partner with the on-site AV team and IT for troubleshooting and issue mitigation

Coordinate cross-functional teams, and facilities logistics tailored to the curated briefing experiences in support of the daily briefing center operations

Demonstrate technology and present core content as trained and assigned

Support the planning and scheduling of low-touch briefings, coordinating resources to ensure seamless execution and serving as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing guidance and information on how to effectively engage with and leverage the EBC

Assist in the coordination and execution of larger company-hosted events within the EBC, aligning with cross-functional teams and supporting on-site logistics

Assist in resource allocation and briefing scheduling to ensure optimal use of EBC spaces, equipment, and personnel across all engagements

Preferred Qualifications

Previous or current work in Apple Retail or similar customer-facing technical role

iOS and Mac deployment and management experience (e.g., Jamf, Apple Configurator, and other platforms) and device management, AVP support, or technical operations

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in fast-paced, white-glove environment

Proficiency in troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity problems

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Professional communication skills and executive presence

Experience with process documentation and technical procedures

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $92,700 and $140,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
