We're looking for a smart, motivated and experienced executive assistant to support the Apple Ads team, with direct support for two senior executives. The ideal candidate is focused and willing to actively work behind the scenes to ensure that our leaders and their teams are functioning smoothly and efficiently. You are highly organized and professional, resourceful, efficient, flexible and will thrive in a fast paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong critical thinking and attention to detail are equally important.

Description

In this role, you will provide administrative support to two Engineering Directors, managing the calendar with precision, understanding priorities and ensuring most efficient use of time. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, exercise critical thinking, and provide effective solutions while upholding a high standard of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Optimizing productivity by efficiently managing the Directors' calendars, prioritizing tasks and deadlines, while maintaining a keen understanding of key priorities.

Acting as a central point of contact for the Directors, facilitating productive communication between Directors and their teams

Planning, coordinating, and appropriately sharing details for team meetings and events.

Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners including other executive level EAs.

Providing administrative support for the Directors such as organizing travel arrangements, managing itineraries, and filing expense reports correctly and efficiently.

Serve as a project manager on team events, ensuring events are driven with excellence and programs are continuously improved.

Work closely with our global administrative support team sharing standard methodologies and recommending changes to ongoing processes in order to improve organizational efficiency.

We are looking for someone who is able to understand the business and see the "big picture" - someone who can excel while working in a complex, fast paced, and ever-changing work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Able to communicate effectively with senior executives, their assistants and employees across the team

Listening skills; ability to understand assignments and complete them with little to no follow up from assigned leaders

Collaborative with a can-do attitude

Organized but flexible, with the ability to anticipate change, and to react efficiently and quickly Superior verbal and written communication skills, with experience in creation and management of executive-level communications Collaborative with a can-do attitude

Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and use own time to save time for others

Calm, friendly and professional demeanor at all times; diplomatic when saying no

Proficiency in Apple products and programs such as Calendar, Numbers and Keynote

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 4-6 years experience supporting senior level management in an administrative capacity

High level of integrity; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $37.42 and $65.24/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
