Executive Assistant - Admin Team Manager

We are looking for an Executive Assistant - Admin Team Manager to support the Vice President of the Graphics, Games and Machine Learning team and manage a team of three administrative assistants.

This high-impact role requires exceptional flexibility, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to navigate shifting priorities and last-minute changes. As the primary gatekeeper to executive calendars, you will orchestrate complex schedules while collaborating with executive assistants, project managers, and leaders across Apple and external organizations. As the manager to the administrative team, you will lead, guide and grow this savvy group of people.","responsibilities":"Manage executive calendars, travel coordination, expense reports, and event planning (business and social)
Lead and develop a team of administrative assistants, including mentoring, performance reviews, and career development
With your team of administrative assistants, you will oversee employee engagement events, org-wide communications meetings, and annual employee relations budget
Streamline administrative processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
Manage facilities support across multiple sites (supplies, maintenance, equipment tracking, small moves)
Hire, onboard, and train new team members as needed
Ensure smooth information flow to leaders
Preferred Qualifications
AA or BA/BS degree
Proficiency with iCal, Keynote, Mail and other OS X based office systems a plus.
Highly motivated and enjoys fast paced environment; ability to switch gears quickly.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have 3+ years of experience managing a team
Experience as an administrative assistant / executive assistant managing complex calendars, preferably in a high tech environment.
Success requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the highest level of discretion with confidential information.
Strong professionalism, relationship-building expertise, and genuine passion for operational excellence are essential.
You must be tech-savvy, proactive, and adaptable, always anticipating needs to keep operations running smoothly.
