We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager who will partner with our Stakeholder and Engineering teams to ship new features in Media Apps space, covering Music, Health and Fitness+.","responsibilities":"In this role you will:
Drive & oversee all aspects of multiple concurrent projects & features, including scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation & reporting.
Define business, functional & operational requirements for features you are driving (often writing them yourself).
Own overall cross-functional schedules, which may impact multiple engineering teams, including client, server, tools, analytics and others.

Drive yearly, quarterly and other strategic roadmap planning, discussions and communication
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment.

Excellent spoken and written communication with the ability to tailor communication style to multiple audiences
Ability to build relationships and influence others
Naturally accountable, responsible and self-motivated
Strong facilitation skills (requirements gathering, design reviews, cross-functional stakeholder meetings, reporting status and schedules)
Bonus points for past programming experience.
A passion for Fitness, Health and Music is a plus.
MBA a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of technical program/project management experience in software development.
Strong understanding of and experience in managing complex, multi-functional software projects.
Strong technical proficiency and experience with subscriptions
BA/BS in computer science, engineering or other technical field or equivalent industry experience.
