The IS&T Employee Experience Engineering organization is looking for a self-motivated Engineering Project Manager who has several years of experience in a complex, fast-moving software development environment and has a consistent track record of delivering excellent results.

Description

We're seeking a passionate project management expert to own the entire life-cycle of large-scale projects and feature areas. You'll be in the driver's seat, from business requirements analysis and technical design discussions to testing and partner collaboration. This isn't about checking tasks off a list - it's about the ability to lead and deliver on every aspect of the project.

Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for the success of projects, steering them from concept to launch with a laser focus on execution.

Confidently navigate multifaceted environments, building strong relationships and smoothly resolving conflicts.

Work seamlessly with engineers, product owners, and strategic partners, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

Efficiently manage resources, monitor timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Maintain a relentless focus on execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery while paying meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years on hands-on experience in a technical role

Proven ability to work with diverse audiences through clear, compelling written and verbal communication.

Successful track record of managing budgets and forecasting resource needs.

Industry recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) or ScrumMaster certification.

Proven track record of thriving in fast paced dev environment with constant change.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Engineering project management

Experience in software development life cycle methodologies

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience
