The iPhone Engineering Program Management team is seeking a passionate and driven System Engineering Program Specialist (EPS) who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail. In this role, you will support iPhone hardware programs by managing module and component allocations across cross-functional teams, coordinating program logistics, maintaining program budgets, all while adhering to the highest standards of product security. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented collaborator with strong prioritization and communication skills, and is confident in driving progress, working closely with Engineering Program Management and cross-functional engineering teams to identify risks, manage requirements, and ensure the success of each program build. Work on multiple projects concurrently
Act as a liaison between CM and Apple while proactively giving feedback and trainings as needed on labeling requirements, allocation needs, and all other factory support requests
Manage and take full ownership of HW material/components EPM library, and scrap obsolete material as needed
Partner with program managers, cross functional teams and finance to create and handle development budgets and procurement activities
Create and track Purchase Requisitions and maintain Purchase Order invoice reconciliations
Partner with cross-functional DRIs on allocation needs
Oversee Apple security and safety product requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a large multi-functional team
Strong proficiency in using AI tools to improve workflows
Education: BA/BS degree or 2+ years industry experience
Willing to travel if needed
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with facilitating and tracking program prototypes
High attention to detail and proficient working with large data sets
Minimum 2+ years of NPI program management experience related with program allocations, budgets, logistics, and overseas supplier/contract manufacturer management
Ability to react to re-sets and changes in a time sensitive and fast pace environment
Off-hour support required via email, phone or WebEx as needed
Proven track record of excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $101,192 and $197,500 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
