The Accessories Engineering Program Management Team is seeking a passionate and motivated System Engineering Program Specialist (EPS) who excels at attention to detail and will oversee and support Accessories program NPI builds, including logistics, allocations, product security, and budgets and finances. An EPS on our team must be an organized, detail-oriented collaborator with strong prioritization skills and excellent communication abilities. They must be self-motivated and a fearless driver, ready to work with the Engineering Program Management team and multifunctional engineering teams to manage the risks and requirements associated with the success of each engineering program build. Create, manage, and process Engineering Change Orders, Manufacturer Change Orders, and Deviations
Manage multiple projects concurrently across cross functional teams
Lead, manage and partner with Program Managers and Finance on development budgets, procurement activities, and monthly or quarterly budget reporting
Create Purchase Requisitions and maintain Purchase Order invoice reconciliations, including Goods Receipts
Manage material, allocations, schedules, deliverables, logistics, and shipments with internal teams and contract manufacturers
Plan and track NPI hardware allocations for engineering teams across multiple sites

Manage prototype hardware inventory and distribution
Schedule and host reviews, and compile presentations for executive leadership
Oversee compliance with Apple security and safety product requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Finance, operations, or program management background
Proficiency in R&D finance and key business concepts
Proficient in Tableau
Have an understanding of complex Bills of Materials and documentation experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a large cross-functional team
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially when managing multiple projects
Ability to react to re-sets and changes in a time sensitive and fast pace environment
BS degree or industry experience
Willing to travel if needed
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of NPI program management (or consumer electronics industry related) experience related with budget, procurement, logistics, and overseas supplier/contract manufacturer management
Knowledge of configuration management and BOM structuring (preferably for hardware products)
Ability to react to re-sets and changes in a time sensitive and fast pace environment
Off-hour support required via email, phone or WebEx as needed
Proven track record of excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $118,500 and $244,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
