Engineering Program Manager, Hardware Test Engineering

In this role, you will orchestrate the development and deployment of test stations, from concept to mass production. You will work at the intersection of hardware, software, and control systems, providing leadership and creative problem-solving to ensure seamless execution. Description

As an Engineering Program Manager on the Hardware Test Engineering team, you will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of test fixtures and stations. You will manage projects from initial concept through to mass production, working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to deliver outstanding results.","responsibilities":"The ME EPM needs to lead complex test programs with a mix of experienced and new vendors through xLOB NPIs. The ideal candidate has strong technical understanding, program management skills (scope, schedule, resources), proactive risk management, clear communication, and ability to drive innovation by leveraging vendors and optimizing processes and can travel up to 30% time.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Camera/Depth/Vision components, Image sensors and optics

Understanding of hardware/software architecture and interoperability of complex systems

Knowledge of statistical data analysis, design, process and test FMEA

High volume consumer electronics calibration, testing and manufacturing experience

Technical leadership and/or project management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to bring focus and transparency to complex situations while monitoring the bigger picture and the needs of a rapid development cycle

Bachelors Degree in Engineering - EE/CE degree preferred, plus 5-10yrs experience

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in EE, CE or related field

5 years relevant industry experience in sensing technologies

Knowledge of camera module development and technology fundamentals","internalDetails":null

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
