Engineering Program Manager, Claris
Claris is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Apple and the leader in the workspace innovation platform space. We are advancing existing technologies and developing new and exciting products.
As an Engineering Project Manager for Claris you will collaborate with senior leadership and engineers on all teams to define, prioritize, and implement strategic roadmaps for FileMaker projects. You will be responsible for synthesizing business and technical challenges and competing priorities across Engineering team, services, and operations engineering teams in order to design a holistic solution championed by cross-functional partners that drive business standardization, efficiency, and innovation for a global team.
Description
The role will require interaction with cross-functional stakeholders, so strong communication and collaboration skills are a must. We value great teammates with ability to operate and communicate at a strategic level as well as to dive into operational and tactical details of each deliverable. Daily tasks may include requirements gathering, facilitating design discussions, project planning, mocking up proof-of-concept, tracking and reporting on feature and product validations, performing data analysis, working with partners, building team readouts, and more.

A successful candidate will drive initiatives from ideation through launch, and build out the vision into sustainable long term programs and products. Strong EPM fundamentals are a requirement, and we are looking for someone with a passion, patience, and track record for solving complex and dynamic operational and technical problems. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related degree
Ability to identify, understand the impact of, and take the initiative to mitigate potential risks ahead of pulling in key decision makers
Keen understanding and ability to uphold high standards for design and user experience in every deliverable
Comfortable in ambiguous situations, able to strategize the best unified path forward based on known information
Focus on delivering real customer value by balancing priorities and ensuring optimal utilization of cross-functional resources
Ability to foster trust and collaboration across the organization in order to drive positive work culture and measurable impact
Ability to give and receive timely feedback in a professional and productive manner to ensure our teams are aligned with organizational goals
Minimum Qualifications
10 years of progressive engineering program management or related experience
Track record of successfully aligning cross-functional engineering teams from ideation of strategy to implementation of multi-year technological programs
Translate high-level business objectives into an actionable engineering roadmap with well-defined milestones, and success criteria.
Ability to distill complex information into impactful verbal, written, and Keynote communications aimed at audiences ranging from individual contributors to execs
Proactively engage, influence, and empower stakeholders on critical decisions with timely data and meaningful analysis throughout the product lifecycle
