Employee Engagement and Experiences Lead, Apple

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile producer to join our Operations team. This role will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid employee engagement experiences, events, programs and initiatives across the organization.

Reporting to the Head of People Operations and Employee Engagement, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to create experiences that inspire, inform, and connect employees. From large-scale Town Halls and global broadcasts to smaller team gatherings, leadership moments, and engagement programs, this role plays a critical part in shaping employee experience and fostering connection across the organization.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, calm under pressure, and deeply detail-oriented, with a strong background in event production, logistics, stakeholder management, and internal storytelling. No project should feel too big or too small.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on producer who understands the impact of internal storytelling and employee experience. You are equally comfortable shaping a big-picture vision and managing the details required to bring it to life - on time, on brand, and with care.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and bring creativity, flexibility, and operational excellence to complex projects with many moving parts.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end production of internal experiences, from concept development through execution and post-event reflection

Translate organizational goals into meaningful employee experiences that resonate across teams

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a consistently high standard of execution

Develop and manage project timelines, production schedules, run-of-shows, speaker prep, logistics, documentation, and post-event follow-up

Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including leadership, communications, design, conference teams, A/V, and production partners

Build and contribute to internal communications supporting the event experience, including invitations, agendas, keynotes, talking points, and site visit materials

Coordinate and execute experiences including Town Halls, fireside chats, panels, activations, team events, onboarding moments, employee engagement programs, and special projects

Proactively identify risks, solve problems thoughtfully, and adapt quickly as priorities evolve

Manage creative assets and keynote presentations while helping ensure experiences align with Apple's quality and storytelling standards

Support seamless technical execution across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats

Serve as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, exercising professionalism, flexibility, discretion, and confidentiality at all times

Gather feedback, insights, and post-event learnings to continuously improve future employee engagement and learning experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Background in media, entertainment, agency, or technology environments

Experience producing hybrid and virtual events, including familiarity with AV and event technology platforms

Ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities with calm and precision

Strong understanding of presentation development, internal storytelling, and executive communication

Keen eye for detail and appreciation for Apple's aesthetic and quality standards

Exceptional listening skills and the ability to translate employee feedback into meaningful engagement opportunities

Self-starter who works effectively both independently and collaboratively

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in event production, employee engagement, experiential marketing, or similar roles

Proven track record managing complex events and cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution

Comfortable managing experiences of varying scale, from intimate workshops to global virtual broadcasts

Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Experience operating in fast-paced, high-performance environments

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Flexible, proactive mindset with a "no project too small" attitude

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $121,600 and $183,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
