You'll be the person who keeps everyone aligned and moving forward, coordinating across Apple Sports, other internal teams, and third-party partners to ensure every project lands on time and at the highest level of quality. And most importantly, you thrive in the spotlight of creating what's next.","responsibilities":"Own the organization and coordination of the Apple Sports content and production team, establishing systems and workflows that keep projects on track and teams aligned
Wrangle a broad and growing slate of content projects simultaneously, maintaining visibility across all workstreams and proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks
Serve as the connective tissue between Apple Sports, internal Apple teams, and external partners - ensuring clear communication, shared expectations, and smooth handoffs across all of our content efforts
Build and maintain the project tracking tools, production calendars, and reporting mechanisms that give clear visibility into the health of each of our initiatives
Manage key third-party production relationships, setting expectations, ensuring accountability, and maintaining Apple's standards at every touchpoint
Use content performance and audience insights to inform slate strategy and refine production processes over time
Observe, track, and anticipate trends in sports media, fan culture, and emerging content formats, both live and on demand
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience at a sports media company, broadcast network, streaming platform, or top-tier production company
Extensive background in live sports production
Experience building and scaling content operations and production infrastructure in a fast-moving, sports-focused environment
A track record of developing talent and bringing out the best in the teams around them
Familiarity with Apple platforms and the Apple creative ethos
MBA preferred
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in sports media, content production, or a related field
A proven track record of organizing and managing complex, multi-project production environments with multiple stakeholders
Deep experience building and maintaining production workflows, project tracking systems, and cross-functional processes
Demonstrated ability to keep diverse teams and broad content slates on track without losing sight of creative quality
Strong portfolio of high-quality video, digital, or live productions that reflect both creative ambition and executional discipline
A sophisticated understanding of sports culture and what moves fans
Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence and align stakeholders across levels of a complex organization

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
