Description
In this role, you'll be part of our Content Production team working as a Content Producer with a focus on supporting our lifecycle and education marketing programs, joining a team of graphic production artists and content strategists responsible for web, email, screen, Keynote, and PDF creation for product launches and updates. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, along with a solid understanding of the content creation process for a variety of Marketing deliverables, web and email content production experience, as well as organizational skills and an eye for detail.","responsibilities":"Drive delivery of content focused on customer education and lifecycle marketing, contributing to content strategy while managing final asset production and web development processes
Partner with and brief production teams as they translate product updates into polished, high-quality deliverables that support marketing programs with a focus on customer lifecycle and education
Work closely with growth marketers, graphic production, creative producers, delivery managers, design, development, and localization to meet project goals
Collaborate closely with development teams, including handing off web and email assets, troubleshooting and iterating on screens, and reviewing preview builds and localizations for accuracy
Review final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout, images, text, and links are flawless
Identify and help implement opportunities for process, automation, design, file format, and technical improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Able to establish rapport, collaborate, and problem solve with marketers, graphic production artists, designers, production colleagues, and development teams
Thrives in a detail-orientated, fast-paced digital focused workplace
Able to establish expertise in and facilitate a consistent content production and update process, while also identifying opportunities for improvement

Resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of content strategy and production experience at a creative agency, a marketing or production team in a similar role
Extensive experience in marketing execution, content development, content audits in copy and assets, and version control
Expertise in building positive relationships with marketing, creative and production teams who span many fields, including web development, Keynotes, interactive and video
Highly detail oriented and organized, with a drive for perfection
Ability to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
