Communications Program Manager
LGS is seeking a communications strategist to connect our global workforce through compelling, strategic communications. You'll develop and execute messaging for executive and internal communications, employee engagement programs, and practice group initiatives-partnering with leaders across the organization to drive engagement, strengthen culture, and deliver measurable business impact.

Preferred Qualifications
Structured/analytical thinker with ability to review projects and identify process improvements
Experience supporting practice groups, internal service teams, or professional services organizations
Background in change management and organizational development
Experience designing and managing employee engagement programs at scale
Shown success in managing international campaigns and communications events
Proficiency with communication platforms, presentation tools, and emerging technologies
Experience with employee satisfaction measurement and using insights to drive strategy
Track record of building scalable communication frameworks and processes
Experience managing and developing communication professionals or cross-functional project teams
Can leverage AI within guidelines to enhance efficiency in work
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience in strategic communications, internal communications, or employee engagement, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
Experience in communication strategy, implementation, and analytics for professional services, legal, or people-related initiatives

Expert communication skills with proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (emails, newsletters, websites, presentations, executive briefs) that translate vision into compelling, actionable messaging
Proven track record using storytelling to create compelling communications that drive engagement
Strong project management skills with ability to create timelines, manage milestones, and drive projects to completion independently or collaboratively
Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact communication initiatives and pivot strategies quickly when needed
Exceptional judgment in shaping communication methods and evaluation criteria for critical initiatives
Analytical mindset to ensure key data are collected, understood and acted upon appropriately
Experience interacting with and influencing all levels of management
Willingness to travel internationally as needed

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
