Come be a part of the Apple Sports Group - one of the most exciting and fastest-growing areas at Apple. We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and entrepreneurial Club Marketing Lead to drive end-to-end execution of campaigns that build sports fan awareness, growth and engagement for Friday Night Baseball on Apple TV.

Lead comprehensive, season-long campaign planning, driving marketing strategy and execution that build cultural relevance, maximize awareness, drive tune-in, and grow presence of FNB. You will shape how FNB on Apple TV shows up for fans across multiple touchpoints - spanning club, player, and creator partnerships as well as experiential activations that deliver meaningful marketing impact.

The ideal candidate is a marketing leader who connects storytelling to outcomes, inspires collaboration, and brings a deep understanding of the global sports and streaming landscape.

","responsibilities":"Oversee club brand management of FNB across all partner marketing channels, assets and collateral

Work directly with MLB teams on seasonal planning and priority match-ups that drive fan engagement with an emphasis on CRM, digital marketing, player marketing programs, and In-Stadium/Event activations

Create and manage partner project timelines to ensure timely fulfillment of marketing assets, deliverables, and campaigns

Provide & present timely updates to senior leadership on campaign status, key learnings, and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

Self-starter mentality with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; comfort managing ambiguity while driving results with minimal guidance.

Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders cross-functionally

Thrives working on highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, fostering trust, handling decisions with ease while navigating ambiguity.

Passion for and knowledge of the global sports industry & consumer trends.

Masters degree, a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of relevant sports marketing experience at a major sports brand and/or consumer marketing across media and entertainment

Experience collaborating with league and club partners in joint campaigns, creative & approvals.

Experience in developing, managing, and executing sports marketing activations across various leagues and teams

Keen understanding of viewership, subscription sign-ups and over all engagement KPIs through the lens of league and club marketing efforts

Strong leadership and project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail; successful track record delivering results and exceeding expectations on time.

Strong presentation skills and experience crafting Keynote presentations for senior leadership; ability to quickly translate complex issues into a coherent narrative that prompts collaboration, alignment, and action.

Bachelor's degree required.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
