We're seeking an exceptional strategist and execution powerhouse to lead our global Carrier initiatives across digital and physical touch points. In this high-impact role, you'll shape how customers around the world experience our products through tens of thousands of retail points of sale.

Description

As our Carrier Program Manager, you'll architect and drive omni-channel programs that redefine customer experiences globally. Your strategic vision and flawless execution will directly impact our brand presence and sales performance across our entire ecosystem. You'll collaborate with leaders across our organization, including: Store Experience & Technologies, Product Marketing, Engineering, Marcom, Digital & E-commerce, Merchandising, Finance, Staff and Training to name a few.

These initiatives will be designed to apply across tens of thousands of point of sales and sites from our Telco Customers across the world.

The Carrier Program Manager is a strategic thinker and organized team player. They will drive, project manage and deliver these omni-channel programs to our channel programs globally, focusing on both online and in-store customer experiences.

The work will include but is not limited to collecting external market research, defining program scope, identifying key deliverables, writing and developing operational program content, working with a cross-functional team to develop full program deliverables, project managing the plan of record, establishing metrics, and tracking deployment and success key performance indicators.

This is a critical position with colleagues who depend on your reliability, accuracy, attention to detail and high-quality work. This position also includes other ad hoc projects to support the business on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities Include:

- Create and execute innovative go-to-market strategies that seamlessly blend online and in-store customer experiences

- Manage the complete lifecycle of strategic initiatives from concept through global deployment

- Build compelling business cases that connect physical and digital customer journeys to measurable business outcomes

- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Excellence, align diverse teams across different regions toward common objectives with clear accountability

- Deliver Measurable Results, Establish KPIs, analyze performance data, and optimize programs for maximum impact

- Provide regular updates to leadership, business owners and company executives

Draft program communications

- Gather internal and external best practices, Conduct & Collect external market research to support strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Deep understanding of physical-digital customer journey integration

Experience managing channels in Telco route to market or related industry.

Proficient in Excel and Keynote

Ability to simplify the complex and achieve clarity when ambiguity exists.

Self-starter with a consistent track record of delivering high impact results.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 8 years experience developing/running and managing programs in consumer retail, Carrier or a related industry.

Experience in effectively managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously

Outstanding communication and presentation skills up to executive level

Experience working with global stakeholders and managing global initiatives

Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to complete work comprehensively and accurately

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
