As a Catering Services Attendant, you will provide excellent customer service and precise attention to detail to ensure successful catering events. You will collaborate with the catering team to pack, transport, and set up goods across various kitchens, storage facilities, and event venues. Pack and transport goods according to order requests between kitchens, storage facilities, and event venues.
Coordinate staffing needs with the Catering Manager to meet event deadlines.
Review and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), packing lists, event details, and driving directions.
Merchandise, stock, and store products to maintain an appealing and organized presentation.
Assist with cleaning, stocking, and lifting items across all catering areas.
Monitor and maintain catering storage areas and vehicles while following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers, managers, and customers.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, locations, and job duties simultaneously.
Experience assembling food with a focus on creative presentation.
Minimum Qualifications
1+ years of experience in high-volume food service, such as corporate programs, full-service hotels, resorts, or multi-restaurant chains.
Valid driver's license and meet the minimum age requirement of 25 years to operate company vehicles.
ServSafe certification.
Experience following safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
Proficiency in English.
Experience working flexible schedules, including weekday evenings.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, working in various environmental conditions (cold, heat, water), and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $27.75 and $37.08/hr, and most new hires start at $27.75. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
