This role focuses on driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In this highly collaborative role as a Business Systems Analyst, you will act as a trusted business partner connecting internal project & governance teams, external vendors, and SAP leaders. Your day-to-day will focus on guiding stakeholders through the end-to-end procure-to-pay lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from initial purchase requisitions to invoicing and compliance. Serving as the primary point of contact for operational questions, you will build strong, cross-functional relationships to resolve escalations, optimize vendor support, and refine project governance. You will lean heavily on your finance background and analytical skills-using internal tools and data visualization platforms-to track budgets, manage spend, and provide actionable insight to your team. Ultimately, you will be the operational backbone that empowers your partners to succeed, ensuring financial integrity and smooth daily operations through proactive communication and dedicated support.

","responsibilities":"As a Business Systems Analyst, you will:

Serve as the primary point of contact for operational questions and escalations related to P2P processes.

Manage a segment or the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle, including purchase requisition creation, vendor management, invoicing, and compliance tracking.

Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve project governance, ensuring consistency in documentation & execution and adherence policy and implemented guidelines.

Support capacity planning and resource allocation to meet project requirements effectively.

Build and maintain key vendor relationships to optimize support and maintain financial integrity.

Oversee financial tracking and compliance, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, including capitalization rules.

Generate and analyze metrics and reporting to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of P2P activities.

Support the SAP PMO Manager with program management, including consulting spend and service day consumption.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical aptitude for efficient tool use including proficiency in SAP and integrated accounting systems.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, alongside practical experience querying databases and utilizing web-based business applications.

Background delivering insightful data visualization leveraging Dataiku, Tableau, etc.

Track record of utilizing generative AI and automation tools to drive operational efficiency.

Proven experience with operational purchasing and vendor relationship management.

Minimum Qualifications

3 years of professional experience in procure-to-pay (P2P) or a related field within a mid to large-sized organization.

3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, with demonstrated experience in financial reporting and cost management.

3 years of experience managing large data sets using Excel, Dataiku, Tableau, etc

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
