Business Planning Functional Analyst

IS&T Business Planning is an exciting & dynamic organization working with customers in Apple's Lines of Business

and IS&T teams across the globe. This is a hands-on position where you will be involved in requirements analysis,

functional and technical design discussions, testing, proof-of-concept, working with partners, and more.

Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization

Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline

Play an active role in improving how capabilities are built in the Business Planning organization

Set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels

Collaborate with external organizations to develop and improve Business Planning's application suite

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Program / Project Management applications such as Clarity

Influencer that knows how to connect the dots at the project, team, and organizational levels

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast paced, changing environment

Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload, while demonstrating Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years experience in business process design and functional systems design

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings with team members as well as partners across multiple functions in an organization

Outstanding analytical skills and experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting key business and financial data

Polished project management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Ability to translate problem statements into actionable functional and technical design requirements

Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally across large global organizations

Relentless focus on details, accuracy, and quality

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
