Apple's Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This, in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.

As part of the WorldWide AppleCare Business Development team, you will develop commercial strategies, incentive programs, and other resources to support our global Sales organization in enabling attach at scale. This nimble, highly-visible team works closely with finance, operations, legal, and other organizations, as well as directly with Apple's reseller partners around the world.

Description

In this role, you will be the strategic and analytical lead on a worldwide team that designs and negotiates AppleCare commercial programs tailored to carrier, retail, and insurance partners globally. Working with regional Business Development professionals, you will identify new partnership opportunities and architect the business cases that bring them to market.

No two partners operate the same way - and the programs we build reflect that. You will develop creative program constructs that align partners' and Apple's objectives, often inventing new approaches where existing templates don't fit. You will own proposals end-to-end - from opportunity sizing to commercial modeling to executive-ready recommendations - and execute strategies that drive program growth at scale. Success requires resourcefulness, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to build trusted relationships across Finance, Operations, Legal, and Sales.

Responsibilities:

7+ years experience in Corporate Finance, management/strategy consulting, or related field within a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience developing robust financial models

Advanced proficiency in Keynote and experience developing and presenting strategic concepts to senior leadership in a large-scale corporate environment

Strong quantitative and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear, actionable recommendations

Proven track record of managing complex, data-driven projects with multiple stakeholders in ambiguous environments

Experience in deal structuring, commercial negotiations, or partnership development

Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Understanding of or willingness to learn the AppleCare, device protection, and service businesses

Preferred Qualifications

MS/MBA preferred

Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau)

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or analytics roles

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience developing robust financial models

Advanced proficiency in Keynote and experience developing and presenting strategic concepts to senior leadership in a large-scale corporate environment

Proven track record of successfully managing complex, data-driven projects with multiple stakeholders

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $149,700 and $225,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
