We are strengthening our team and seeking a creative AppleCare Systems Readiness Integration Program Manager to join our collaborative environment. Join us and make a difference!

As part of the AppleCare Worldwide organization, you will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight and coordination of large-scale, complex programs that support AppleCare Products business strategies, systems requirements, and implementation. Additionally, you will lead NPI readiness, GEO expansions, new channel offerings, and changes to sustaining product configuration and documentation requirements.

Description

- Project manage NPI project plans, track open issues, communicate project updates, and manage project deadlines independently

- Coordinate partner engagement upstream and downstream to ensure Project schedule and deliverables are met

- Investigate and resolve complex product setup and support issues.

- Key participant in project UATs and systems integration

- Manages multiple complex projects simultaneously

- Analyzes and resolves issues, including large data sets, to determine root causes and recommends solutions

- Identifies product and business trends to document, investigate, escalate, track and resolve issues

- Commit to identifying and communicating innovative ideas to improve processes and performance

- Daily work in ERP systems or AGILE PLM tool

- Provide clear input to the project team on schedule, issues, and deliverables related to master data management

- Drive timely systems set up to support new product introduction (NPI) as well sustaining business globally

- Participate in continuous process improvements focused on systems architecture, reporting, and data analysis efficiencies

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to assess and initiate cross-functional efforts to build and support a complex system landscape.

Skillful at taking the initiative to investigate and resolve complex setup and systems logic issues

Able to thrive in a high-pressure and sometimes ambiguous environment

Outstanding ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; must be able to analyze large data sets and systems logic to identify root causes and recommend solutions

Excellent self-starter who possesses extraordinary time management skills and has great attention to detail

Commitment to identifying and communicating innovative ideas to improve processes and performance

Ability to stay current with the latest processes, procedures, and technology

Database and/or scripting experience and proficient Excel and/or Numbers skills

Project Manage Geo Expansions, NPI, New Channel offerings and schedules

Translate business requirements into technical system solutions and offering

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS or 10 years of industry experience

10 years of experience with product configuration management

Able to work independently and with large cross-functional teams with little formal guidance

Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to set priorities

Takes the initiative to investigate and resolve complex setup and systems logic issues

System Experience in ERP OR Agile (PLM Systems)

Project management skills, including the ability to establish project plans, track open issues, communicate project updates, and manage project deadlines

Technical skills to adept handle a multi-system landscape
