The Apple Wallet, Payments, and Commerce team is growing, adding new features to our products, and connecting to Apple users and shoppers around the world. Weʼre looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager to deliver world-class marketing initiatives for Apple Gift Card and Apple Account. You will showcase these products through paid media, email marketing, on-device messaging, our creator footprint, and other marketing channels.
Description
You will drive awareness and engagement for Apple Gift Card and Apple Account through our consumer marketing campaigns in over 40 countries. You will be the marketer orchestrating an array of marketing disciplines to ensure that gift shoppers and Apple users around the world understand everything about these offerings.
","responsibilities":"Leading seasonal paid media campaigns and supporting promotions from brief to reporting.
Brief and develop consumer initiatives to foster consideration and adoption, using consumer research and data insights to inform strategies and execution.
Connect with cross-functional teams within the Services organization to assemble and execute initiatives that showcases Apple Gift Card and Apple Account within the context of Apple as a brand.
Manage agency and vendor relationships to execute global and local campaigns, tracking deliverables and timelines.
Engage and collaborate with multi-market teams to accelerate campaign adoption and integrate local efforts into global strategies for new markets. This role requires the candidate to be available to work non-standard PT work hours to meet with teammates in Japan and China (5% of the week).
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with AI tools and openness to exploring how technology can improve our processes.
Experience managing tasks and deliverables within platforms such as AirTable and Wrike.
Demonstrated experience negotiating the use of third-party intellectual properties in campaigns in partnership with studios, music labels, and business affairs teams.
Enthusiasm for Apple products and services.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience managing integrated advertising programs within a marketing function.
5+ years of experience delivering global, complex communication projects autonomously and successfully.
3+ years of experience managing and tracking budgets, vendor payments, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with internal and external partners, cultivating interpersonal relationships.
Strong organization skills and behaviors to manage global, complex projects with precision.
Strong attention to detail in creative execution, copywriting, campaign development, and specs management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
B.A. or B.S. degree
