Analog IP Engineering Program Manager

Apple is seeking an experienced Analog/Mixed-signal IP Design Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key player, you will be responsible for driving the development of high-speed Analog and Mixed-signal IPs for our System-on-Chips (SoCs), from concept to mass production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including SoC Integration, Technology/Library, SoC Design, SoC PD, SoC DV, CAD, software, and hardware, to ensure the quality, schedule, and success of our IPs.

Work closely with SoC Integration teams to ensure high-level achievements for IP development.

Proactively drive technical work with Apple SoC teams, supervising, resolving issues, and bug tracking.

Lead weekly meetings with IP consumers to address technical concerns, provide updates, and foster collaboration.

Distill complex technical information into clear and concise communication for partners and organizations at all levels.

Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in wireless standards (e.g., LTE/WiFi/5G/mmWave) and memory interfaces (DDR) is desirable.

Strong leadership ability to lead technical teams, multi-functional groups, and vendors against plans.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Advanced knowledge of IP development process, tools/flows, methodologies, and life cycle in an SoC environment.

Experience in working on the latest technology nodes.

Minimum Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering and 10+ years relevant experience.

Proven experience building high-speed Analog and Mixed-signal IPs, such as Data converters, PLLs, SerDes IPs.

Experience includes a track record of experience in any one of the following: Analog-mixed-signal (AMS) IP design OR Design engineering management in AMS space.
